The Newport

In 1897, at nine stories, THE NEWPORT Apartments in Philadelphia, Pa, was one of Philadelphia’s earliest high-rises. Today, it is a boutique apartment building of 46 delightful units. The moderate size provides a more personal and inviting atmosphere than that of larger complexes, yet with all the amenities. THE NEWPORT is an historic building in the Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District.
