Spotlight on Suburban Boston: Arlington, MA

Arlington, MA is located in Middlesex County about six miles from Boston, and is bordered by six towns—Winchester, Medford, Somerville, Cambridge, Belmont, and Lexington. Arlington is served by a public school system with nine schools—seven elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school—as well as two Parochial schools and two secular elementary schools. Major roadways like Route 2, Interstate 93, and Interstate 95 as well as public transportation make Arlington easily accessible to downtown Boston.
