An attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center tells Fox 8 she finds the comments reportedly made by Mark Traina, "very alarming and very concerning." Traina allegedly sent out a series of tweets including one in January that read, "Young black thugs who won't follow the law need to be put down, not incarcerated.
