  • Chestnut Hill Village is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per home. There is a non-refundable fee of $250 per dog and $175 per cat. There is an additional monthly fee of $35 per dog and $20 per cat.

    Village: We do not allow dogs.

    Manor: Dogs may weigh up to 40 lbs.

    Townhomes: We do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
