Weapon reported near school turns out to be a BB gun Newton Police responded to Pine Street on Monday around 3:20 p.m. after a parent at the Burr School spotted a man point a gun at a house on Pine Street and proceed inside.A After receiving the call, police told all parents and children to leave the playground area and stay inside the school.
