The ARTech is situated on the corner of Berkeley's Arts District - home to Berkeley Repertory, The Aurora Theater and the Berkeley Jazz School. One of eight communities offered by the Berkeley Apartments, this neoclassical styled building boasts the popular Gecko-Gecko Restaurant. We are just two blocks from the UC Berkeley campus and the downtown Berkeley BART station. In some cases, applicants may be required to submit a Guarantor Application.
