Monday is the last day to register to vote in the June 5 primary election. Residents who are unregistered, have moved, changed their party preference, or changed their name can print out a form online, fill it out and mail it as long it is postmarked by Monday or dropped off at the Registrar of Voters office at 5201 Ruffin Road in Kearny Mesa.
